Ensuring Excellence, Coordination and Quality

WP1 ensures the effective coordination, governance, and financial management of the RoboStellars project throughout its 36-month duration. It establishes the operational structure of the consortium, defines communication procedures, monitors progress against milestones, and guarantees compliance with Erasmus+ requirements.

This work package supports strategic decision-making, risk management, quality monitoring, and transparent financial administration. While it does not generate direct educational outputs for external audiences, it is essential to ensuring that all other work packages are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality standards.
